The city of L’Hospitalet joins the program of Sónar+D, with a number of initiatives and activities tied to the city.
The Ayuntamiento del Hospitalet sets out an initiative that brings together creative disciplines (art, investigation and innovation), with the objective of designing new experiences, leading to new cultural products that will reach an audience in search of new experiences.
The strategy of the area of Education, Innovation and Culture, is to position L’Hospitalet as a city consistently and dynamically working in I+D+I (Investigation + Development + Innovation), key vectors in the city’s plan towards Agenda 2030.
The Ayuntamiento of L’Hospitalet offers the following activities.: Concert for Four Pianos byLolo & Sosaku. The conference by Antoni Rodríguez Fornells, researcher at IDIBELL (Instituto de Investigación Biomédica de Bellvitge).
In addition, a special program will take place on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th September from 17:30 to 20:30, where the contents of L’Hospitalet XR – Festival of Innovation, will be revealed.
18th September Amplitune, the music around you
Presentation of Amplitune, a new XR platform that takes music videos to the next level. The project was born at the Cannes XR Challenge contest, promoted by Garage Stories, and responds to challenges related to music and new forms to consume this content.

L’H <> XR is a festival of social innovation that employs creativity and technology to design innovative experiences across new platforms (VR/AR/AI/5G), that inspire collective solutions to different challenges across the city, with the objective of fomenting sustainable development.
The festival will take place 16th-22nd October, and will bring together 30 creative minds to work across different spaces in the city, developing solutions around Health and Nutrition, Music and the Creation of New Audiences, Activism and Patrimony, Education and the creation of reference points, Senior Citizens and Digitization, New Realities and Communication.
