Hamill Industries invite us to create generative forms using lasers through sound in a workshop that will consist in understanding the ilda system, and analyzing the internal workings of a standard rgb laser. We will work with basic control software to draw and receive generative patterns to the laser from an audio signal.
The character of the workshop is transversal, it will offer very basic notions so that the participants can apply them in their own way, and with the control software they already know.
To participate attendees must have basic knowledge of Processing, OpenFrameworks or Arduino, and although it is not essential, it is recommended to bring an Arduino UNO board.
You can now sign up through the Networking App Limited seats available - book yours at Agenda.
Even if the workshop is full, you can go to the workshops table 15 minutes prior to starting as there are always last minute cancellations.
