Google Arts and Culture, a universal platform

Google Arts and Culture is an app & website that puts thousands of artworks, collections, and stories from around the world at your fingertips, for you to explore in extraordinary detail. Google Arts and Culture builds tools that help cultural institutions give access to the world’s culture, help preserve our diverse heritage and enhance the ways people can experience culture. It has partnered with more than 1000 institutions from 70 countries, giving a platforms to thousands of artworks and millions of photos, videos, manuscripts and other documents of art, culture and history. They also created The Google Arts and Culture Lab in Paris as a place where tech and creative communities can come together to share ideas and discover new ways to experience art and culture. We welcome experts, creatives, curators, artists, designers and educators to help us craft new bridges between technology and culture.

The Google Cultural Institute will be presented by Freya Murray, Program Manager for the Google Arts & Culture Lab.
