When and where will Sónar and Sónar+D 2022 take place?

Sónar and Sónar+D will take place on the 15th 16th 17th and 18th of June 2022, in the venues of Fira Montjuic de Barcelona and Fira Gran Via de L’Hospitalet.

Is my Delegate Pass (2020 or 2021) still valid for Sónar 2022?

All Delegate Passes are valid for the new dates in 2022. Ticket or Delegate Pass holders for Sónar and Sónar+D will receive an email on May 10th, with  detailed information of the benefits of carrying over your ticket to 2022, or, if you prefer, how to claim a refund of the ticket price.

What are the benefits of carrying over my Delegate Pass for Sónar+D 2022?

As a thank you for your continuing support and trust in Sónar+D, we’ve created a number of exclusive benefits, calculated according to the price you paid. Full details of the specific benefits open to you if you keep your Delegate Pass are in the email we will send you on 10th May.


I bought several Delegate Passes at the same time. How many benefits am I entitled to?

You will receive as many benefits as there are Delegate Passes in the order. The benefits are tied to the Delegate Passes, not the purchaser.


When will tickets for Sónar 2022 and Delegate Passes for Sónar+D go on sale?

Tickets and Delegate Passes for Sónar 2022 will go on sale shortly.

I am unable to attend in 2022. How should I proceed?

Ticket and Delegate Pass holders will receive an email on May 10th, with detailed information of how to claim a refund of the ticket price, if you are unable to attend on the new dates.


How long do I have to claim my refund?

The refund process will open at 12pm CEST on May 12th, and will run until May 26th inclusive (in accordance with  Art. 36 of the Royal Decree-law 11/2020, dated March 31st). Claims made after this date will not be processed, and the ticket will automatically be carried over to 2022.


How long will my refund take to process?

Refunds will be completed at the latest by 12th July 2021, (in accordance with  Art. 36 of the Royal Decree-law 11/2020, dated March 31st). If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact Stubhub customer services at sonartickets@stubhub.com.


Where will the money be refunded to?

Refunds will be issued to the account associated with the card used for purchase. If this account is no longer active, select this option on the refund application form.


Can I carry over some Delegate Passes to Sónar+D 2022 and refund others?

No. We can only refund orders in full. We can not refund individual Delegate Passes within an order.


Will I be refunded the full amount I paid for the Delegate Pass?

The cost of the Delegate Pass purchased will be returned to you. This does not include the booking fee.

I have a problem with my email and/or booking reference

I haven’t received an email. What should I do?

Make sure to check your junk and spam folders. If you still haven’t received the mail by May 12th please write to sonar@sonar.es with your 7 digit Delegate Pass booking reference number.


Where do I find my booking reference?

Your booking reference is included in the confirmation of purchase email, sent to the account used when buying the Delegate Pass.


I’ve lost my ticket/ booking reference, what should I do?

Please search for ‘Sónar+D’ or ‘Stubhub’ in your inbox and also check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact sonartickets@stubhub.com, so they can resend your ticket(s) and/or confirmation e-mail to your mail address.


I can’t access the email account I used to purchase my Delegate Passes

Contact sonartickets@stubhub.com, so they can resend your confirmation e-mail to your new mail address.
