The 27th edition of Sónar Barcelona, and the 9th Sónar+D congress will now take place on the 17th 18th and 19th of June 2021, in the venues of Fira Montjuïc de Barcelona and Fira Gran Via de L’Hospitalet.
In 2020, an extraordinary edition of Sónar+D will be celebrated on the 18th and 19th September, at the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB). More information here.
After carefully examining all of the alternatives and closely following the official guidelines, this decision has been reached as the only possible way to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all our festivalgoers, artists and teams.
Sónar is already working closely with the artists, speakers and participating partners in order to reschedule in 2021 the majority of shows and activities programmed for 2020.
We encourage you to stay tuned this summer to news of Sónar+D CCCB and Sónar 2021, and we hope to see you virtually in September, and, in person in June 2021, to celebrate another great edition of Sónar.
All Delegate Passes are valid for the new dates. Ticket or Delegate Pass holders for Sónar 2020 or Sónar+D will receive an email on May 19th, with detailed information of the benefits we’re offering you if you carry over your ticket to 2021, or, if you prefer, how to claim a refund of its cost.
As a thank you for your continuing support and trust in Sónar+D, we’ve created a number of exclusive benefits, calculated according to the price you paid. Full details of the specific benefits open to you if you keep your Delegate Pass are in the email sent to you on 19th May.
Benefits will be applied to each separate Delegate Pass within an order. These benefits cannot be transferred between Delegate Passes and cannot be rolled over onto one single Delegate Pass within the order.
Tickets for Sónar 2021 will go on sale soon, priced at 165 euros (SonarPass), 270 euros (SonarPass VIP), 199 euros (Sónar+D Delegate Pass). The saving for current 2020 ticket and Delegate Passes holders has been calculated according to your ticket type. In order to see full details of your saving, see the email sent to the account used for purchase.
Ticket and Delegate Pass holders for Sonar and Sonar+D 2020 will have received an email on May 19th with detailed information of how to claim a refund of its cost if you are unable to attend.
The refund process will open on 22nd of May and will run until the 4th June 2020 inclusive (according to Art. 36 of the Royal Decree-law 11/2020, dated March 31st). Claims made after this date will not be processed, and the ticket or Delegate Pass will automatically be carried over to 2021.
Refunds will be completed at the latest by the 20th July 2020 (according to Art. 36 of the Royal Decree-law 11/2020, dated March 31st). If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact Stubhub customer services at email@example.com.
