Learn music production

adidas, with the support of Sónar+D, presents 2 music production workshops to be delivered on Friday 18 and Saturday 19th of March. Both workshops will teach how Ableton Live works and how to make the most of it. Ableton Live is one of the most popular tools for DJs and producers from all over the world.
The workshops are free and will be presented by four young, yet experienced, talents of the national electronic music scene: Sau Poler and Pau Roca on Friday and BeGun and Awwz on Saturday. All artists will reveal their tricks, techniques and methods of production.

Friday 18th, 7 pm.

Sau Poler is one of the most prominent Spanish producers on the international scene. After two EPs and a good assortment of remixes, Sau Poler is about to release his new EP, ‘Memorabilia’. Pau Roca is one the most renowned housemasters in Barcelona – he knows the tradition of the genre and is always seeking new trends. Pau Roca has made the city dance over the past 8 years in his Libido party and he is the head of Bons Records label.

BeGun has a bunch of EPs and collaborations with international artists like Giraffage, Com Truise and Doc Daneeka and a handful of remixes for all kinds of artists that request his electronic landscapist touch. Awwz takes a leap from the decks –she’s been a Razzmatazz resident– to production, publishing with no rest a string of releases in labels like Freshmore, Egyptian Maraccas and Finesse, and her creativity has no signs of stopping anytime soon.
