Run The Jewels, the celebrated rap duo formed by Killer Mike and El-P, are the (second-to) last artists to join the world of virtual reality with their video for ‘Crown’, a song taken from their sophomore album ‘Run the Jewels 2’. The video was directed by Peter Martin (Academy Award nominee for Best Feature Documentary for ‘Waste Land’) and shows the powerful physical and verbal presence of the two MCs in a dark, cinematic, menacing environment, placing the spectator in the centre of the scene. ‘Crown’ was also filmed in a 360º version that will be available on Facebook and YouTube soon.
