Interlude is a media and technology company that is pioneering a new form of media in which video can respond to a person’s actions and interests in real-time. Stories told using Interlude’s technology can adapt in a multitude of directions; the viewer steps into the story to make choices that affect dialogue, and even the plot, at any particular moment in time. This means that viewers are offered nearly infinite experiences in live-action video within a single piece of content, resulting in highly engaging experiences that consumers play over and over. Interlude partners with entertainment companies, independent creators and top brands to create episodic series that are distributed widely through a network of affiliates on the mobile web, mobile apps, and the web.

Interlude will be presented in Sónar+D by his founder and CEO, Yoni Bloch. Bloch is a successful rock musician in Israel. He has produced and recorded tracks for Israel’s biggest artists and he has helped to create interactive music videos for major music artists, like Bob Dylan, Coldplay, Wiz Khalifa, Led Zeppelin, CeeLo Green and Aloe Blacc, among others. Interlude recently launched Treehouse, a self-service platform that allows anyone –from artists to major brands– to design and publish their own interactive videos.
